About the Two Wells Vision Project
Town Precinct Design Guidelines and Desired Character Statements...
Two Wells has been growing steadliy and is set to undergo a period of considerable expansion to the north of the town, potentially accommodating up to 2500 new dwellings.
The objective of the Two Wells Vision project is to develop a strong planning framework for the town precinct to ensure the existing Town Centre grows in a way that strengthens the unique character and sense of community.

The Two Wells Vision project is partnered by The District Council of Mallala & Places for People with urban planning consultants JPE Design Studio + WAX.
